    This phrase suggests that God's glory is revealed when humans live fully, embracing their potential and purpose. This "full life" is not just about physical well-being, but also about spiritual fulfillment, including seeing and being seen by God.

  • Fully Alive Men

    Just as men and women have different symptoms that warn of a heart attack, men express emotional stress differently than women. Yet under the irritability or that may mask depression, the same need to be understood and valued for who they are exists.

  • Fully Alive Women

    A woman is a natural nurturer, but her ability to give thrives in a balanced dynamic where she also feels supported and cared for. Sometimes a woman needs a space, such as in counseling, where her needs are the center of attention.

  • Fully Alive Teens

    Teens are in a precarious situation as they are developing their own identity by distancing from their parents and bonding with age mates. Yet they still need the support of trusted adults. Counselors can be a confidant to provide support during this time.

  • Fully Alive Kids

    Children have much resiliency when parents believe and support them. They can respond quickly in therapy as they have not had to carry these conflicts for years. Several sessions in the hands of a skilled therapist can give multiplied benefits. (See play therapy section below.)

  • Fully Alive Families

    Family therapy focuses on the family system as a whole to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. The goal is to help families understand each other better, support one another, and work through difficult situations.

Play Therapy with Kids

Children naturally express themselves through play, and play therapy provides a safe space for them to do so.

When children experience too much stress, they may regress with bed wetting or crying uncontrollably when separating from their caregivers. By providing a safe space for exploration, children can work through difficult experiences and related emotions and return to their appropriate developmental tasks.
